This Privacy and Cookie Policy for PG Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we collect, store, use, and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you visit a website we operate on behalf of one of our nonprofit clients (each, a “Client Organization”) or submit an inquiry through our services (“Services”), including our use of cookies and similar tracking technologies. By submitting your information through our website, you consent to the collection and use of that information as described in this Policy.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you submit an inquiry through our website. The personal information we collect may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Any other information you choose to include in your message

Our inquiry form includes an open message field. We ask that you NOT include sensitive information in this field, such as health or medical information, Social Security or other government identification numbers, financial account details, or information about racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation. If you choose to voluntarily include this type of information, we will treat it with the same protections described in this Policy and will share it only with the Client Organization to respond to your inquiry.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, primarily through Google Analytics (see “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below). This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include:

  • IP address and device characteristics
  • Operating system and language preferences
  • Referring URLs, device name, and country location
  • Usage data and technical information

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

Along with sharing your inquiries to the Client Organization, we may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf. This includes:

  • Client Organization: We share the information you submit with the Client Organization on whose behalf this website operates, so they can respond to your inquiry and steward their relationship with you. We do not share your information with any other marketing partners.
  • Web and Mobile Analytics: We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects information through cookies. See “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below for details on what is collected and how to opt out.
  • Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition.

Other than with the Client Organization and the service providers described above, we do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any other marketing partners or third parties.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service, to help us understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (small text files placed on your device) to collect information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the site or search engine that referred you, your approximate geographic location, and your device and browser type. This information is reported to us in aggregate and is not used by us to identify you personally.

Google Analytics cookies are retained for [26 months] before automatically expiring, in accordance with our Google Analytics data retention settings. Blocking cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of our website.

4. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax or accounting requirements). Data submitted through our inquiry form is retained for as long as we’re retained by the Client Organization or until the client organization specifically requests the data to be returned to them and/or destroyed by us. Cookie data collected through Google Analytics is retained as described in “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” above.

5. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
